Hace unos meses Patricia me pedía un regalo especial para sus suegros que celebraban las bodas de oro. No quería un regalo típico, quería algo personal y que sirviese para los dos.
Dándole vueltas recordé aquellos ceniceros que hacíamos en el colegio con barro, usando nuestras manos. A Patricia le gustó la idea así que me puse a trabajar en ello.
Few months ago Patricia asked for a special gift for her parents in-laws who were celebrating Golden Weddings. She didn´t want a typical gift, she wanted something personal that serve for both.
Thinking about it, I remembered those ashtrays we used to make at school with clay, using our hands. Patricia liked the idea so I started working on it.
Fué gracioso marcar el contorno de la mano de su hijo. Me encantan esas manos regorditas!!!/ It was funny mark the hand of his son in a paper. I love those plump hands!!
Hice el modelo original en cera/ I made the original design in wax.
